For years, Colleen has been the driving force behind the scenes - overseeing lead follow-up, front-end client management, marketing, client appreciation, and countless moving parts that keep everything running at a high level. Her ability to create seamless systems, nurture relationships, and elevate every touchpoint is a big part of what makes the Mortgage Manfro Team stand out.

Now, Colleen is stepping into an even more impactful role as the Director of Relationships & Experiences, where she leads the growth of connection and community through her signature event series, Mrs. Mortgage Manfro Presents.

This curated event platform is designed to bring women together through elevated, experience-based gatherings focused on connection, community, and personal growth. From wellness-focused experiences to lifestyle and networking events, each event is intentionally crafted to create meaningful relationships - especially for women in real estate and client-facing professions - while fostering confidence, collaboration, and long-term success.

Colleen's background is rooted in leadership and service. She previously served as a Campus Director for multiple vocational schools and was part of a top-producing real estate team, giving her a deep understanding of both operations and client relationships at a high level.

Known for her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care for people, Colleen is someone that clients and partners naturally connect with and trust. She has a unique ability to make people feel seen, valued, and supported - something that carries through every part of the business.

Originally from Chino, CA, Colleen continues to pour her energy into building not just a business - but a community.
