Tim started in the mortgage industry in 2007, two months before it crashed. While some would perceive this as bad luck, Tim now sees it as a blessing in disguise. The collapse of the mortgage market forced him to become an expert in full qualifying Conventional, FHA and VA loans. Tim was also passionate about charity work, and this passion only grew while he served on the Real Estate Professionals Foundation and the Community Awareness Fund. His desire to give back and his expertise in mortgage loans was the perfect combination to establish Mortgage Manfro Gives Back program in 2016. The program allows Tim to donate to different charities in the area. He has been able to donate to organizations like GoBe, Pregnancy Help Center of San Gabriel Valley, and Santa Claus of the Chaffey District.
Prior to working in the mortgage industry Tim worked as a brick mason for nine years in the construction industry. Tim was born and raised in La Verne, California where he graduated from Bonita High School in the class of ’98. Now, Tim still lives in La Verne and he will soon be married to his fiancé Colleen Tytula. About once a year Tim takes the opportunity to take a trip with his friends to go snowboarding in places like Wyoming and Canada. In his free time, Tim likes to be outside in nature and enjoy the world around him.
