Uri Dominguez is the Team Production Manager for the Mortgage Manfro Team, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the mortgage industry since 2016. Known for his high energy and team-first mindset, Uri plays a critical role in helping clients understand their options and confidently move through the home financing process.

Uri specializes in client education and problem solving, taking the time to walk borrowers through different loan programs, pricing scenarios, and strategies so they can make informed decisions. He approaches every interaction with a "we" mentality - making clients feel like they have a true partner throughout the entire journey.

Clients consistently rely on Uri for his knowledge, availability, and straightforward communication, especially when navigating important decisions like purchase price, loan structure, and next steps. He's also known for finding solutions where others can't - helping close complex deals, including stated income loans that other lenders have declined.

Uri believes the most important part of the process is a strong pre-approval backed by clear education, ensuring clients not only get approved, but fully understand what they're stepping into.
Outside of work, Uri enjoys staying active - cycling, hitting the gym, and spending quality time with family and friends. His ideal weekend starts with an early morning ride, followed by breakfast with family and a full day of connection and balance.
