Mortgage Manfro’s LETTER FROM THE HEART January 2026 - Momentum, Community, and New Beginnings Dear Friend, January is all about new beginnings. And even though I truly believe you shouldn't wait until January 1st to chase your goals… it's hard not to feel that "clean slate" energy. This year, I decided to lean all the way into it. Most people slow down in December - and I get it. Family time matters. We did plenty of that. But business-wise? I went full throttle all December because I believe momentum is one of the most powerful forces in life and business. If you let it die, restarting is hard. If you keep it alive, January becomes inevitable. And I'm so glad I did - because I hit the ground running and had an absolutely massive January that's setting the tone for the rest of 2026 and beyond. January Hard - Accountability Changes Everything This month I got invited into an accountability group called January Hard, and I teamed up with my friends Daniel Boyer and Mike Hardy (two guys I respect a lot in life and business) to help run it. The commitment was simple but powerful: show up at 6AM, stay disciplined with food, cut alcohol, move daily, journal gratitude, reach out to one person each day with appreciation, and be intentional with social media. One line that stuck with me was: "Motivation starts change. Habits finish it." Now, let's be real - I'm already doing most of that, so it didn't feel like a huge stretch. But what surprised me wasn't the checklist… it was the power of the group. The group text became daily fuel - sharing wins, struggles, and breakthroughs. It's still going after the 30 days ended… because real momentum doesn't stop at Day 30. I also had the honor of leading a few morning sessions and sharing life and business lessons I've picked up over the last few years. Watching people apply them in real time and start to shift was incredible - and it reminded me of something simple: You are the sum of who you spend the most time with. If you want change to feel easier, get around people chasing excellence too. Direction matters. Baby B lights up my life in more ways than I can explain. Colleen and I were blessed to host her first birthday party at our house, and it was a full bee theme (Colleen and Taya absolutely crushed it). The weather was perfect, the backyard was full of family and friends, and the kids did what kids are supposed to do: play hard, build forts, climb around, and cause a little chaos. And yes… they filled one of the drains with rocks Honestly? Well played. That's probably karma for me refusing to get a bounce house. One of the pictures included is Baby B taking a few swings at the piñata before the older kids got unleashed. She only had one meltdown, which I'm told is a win. I'm already excited for the birthdays to come. Supercharge 2026 - A Packed House Every year I do a presentation called Supercharge 2026 - Blast Off to Your Best Year Yet. It's my way of sharing what I learned in business and personal development - and how I'm applying it to make the current year my best one yet. I didn't post it publicly. I personally invited people, and anyone who attended could bring a friend only if they were ready to work. You'll see in the picture we had 75 people show up - packed house. The presentation went better than I could have hoped, and the feedback was moving. People told me the ideas around mindset, personal standards, and identity genuinely shifted how they're approaching life. Because the response was so strong, I'm hosting a webinar on 2/27 from 12:00 - 1:30 PM. "Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it." It's so true. I'm hungry for growth and pushing for the next level - but I'm also learning to pause and appreciate how good life already is. Taking a moment to admire a beautiful sunrise on the way to an early morning hike. If January reminded me of anything, it's this: Momentum is built daily. Community makes it easier. Gratitude keeps you grounded. I'm grateful to be on this journey - and grateful you're part of it with me.
